Brian is an author, public speaker and thought leader in the gift planning world. In 2007, he founded Gift Planning Development, LLC. Brian provides gift planning services to a wide range of charitable clients from national organizations focused on high-end gift plans to local charities seeking to start new gift planning programs. Brian was also a founding member of Constellation Advancement, LLC, a full-service fundraising consulting firm. Prior to starting GPD, he spent twelve years as a charitable gift planner, directing the gift planning programs for the University of Pennsylvania, Middlebury College and Meridian Health Affiliated Foundations

Wayne Olson is the president and owner of Wayne Olson Consulting LLC where he advises charities on fundraising, capital campaigns and planned giving. He also advises for-profit corporations on motivation, sales, leadership and employee morale. He provides training through seminars, retreats, and ongoing consultation.

David Toll, JD brings more than 17 years of professional experience in development and fundraising with higher education institutions. David is currently serving as the Senior Associate Vice President of the Office of Gift Planning at Drexel University, where he is responsible for the development and implementation of university-wide planned giving efforts for Drexel University, Drexel University College of Medicine, Tom Kline School of Law and the Academy of Natural Sciences at Drexel University.
